Sometimes, texting your thoughts and emotions can get tiresome or impersonal. To avoid this, you can use the built-in Audio option in the Messages app to send voice messages from your iPhone. Here’s everything you need to know.

How to send a voice message on iPhone in iOS 17

There are a few things you need to take into account before sending voice messages on iPhone.

First, you need to ensure iMessage is active for both the sender and receiver. Otherwise, the audio recording will be sent as an MMS.

Next, if you are using iOS 16, the Audio option (blue waveform icon) is available right under the text field in the Messages app. You can just tap on it and record your voice message.

Now, if you are using iOS 17, you need to tap the + button next to the text field to select the Audio option and send voice messages. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

How to record and send an audio message on iPhone

  1. Open the Messages app → Head to an iMessage conversation or start a new one.
  2. Tap the + button to the left of the text field.
  3. Select Audio from the pop-up to begin recording your voice message.

Tap the plus icon select audio start recording audio on your iphone
  4. Tap the red Stop button to pause or end the recording. Then, tap the Play button to review it.
    • You can also tap the “+ (with the message duration)” button to continue the recording.
  5. If you are satisfied with the recorded message, tap the Send button (blue arrow). If not, tap the X button to discard it.

Tap pause button then tap play to review either tap send or cancel button

If you send a voice note accidentally, don’t worry. You can unsend it, just like how you can unsend text messages on your iPhone. Just press and hold the voice message and select Undo Send from the pop-up.

Alternatively, you can ask Siri on your iPhone to send a voice message to a particular contact.

Further, by default, every voice message you send or receive expires within 2 minutes of sending or listening to it.

So, if you want to keep the voice message in the iMessage conversation, you need to tap Keep under the voice message or head to Messages settings and change the expiration settings.

How to listen and reply to voice messages on iPhone

There are a couple of ways you can listen or reply to voice messages. Additionally, you can save the voice messages you receive to the Voice Memos app. I’ll walk you through each process one by one.

Listen to voice messages

  • Tap the Play button on the voice message you received.
  • Alternatively, you can raise the iPhone to your ear, and the message will start playing automatically.
Tap play icon to play the audio message or raise iphone to listen

If Raise to Listen isn’t working for you, make sure the feature is enabled in SettingsMessages.

Note
  • With iOS 17, you get a transcript of all the voice messages you receive.

Reply to a voice message

You can obviously respond to a voice message with text as usual. But if you wish to respond with an audio message of your own, here’s how you can do it:

  1. Press and hold the voice message you received → Pick Reply from the pop-up.
  2. Tap and hold the red wave icon in the text field to record your reply.
You can directly come to this step if you don’t wish to point out which particular message you’re replying to.
  3. Once you’re done speaking, tap the red Pause button to stop recording.
  4. Finally, to send the recording, tap the Send button at the right of the text field.

Tap reply record your audio message tap the blue icon to send your audio message

Alternatively, if you want to respond without tapping your iPhone display, you can lower your iPhone and raise it back to your ear → Once you hear a tone, you can start recording your response. Please note that this method works only for the last audio message you received in an iMessage thread.

Save voice messages

You can easily save a sent or received audio message to the Voice Memos app.

  1. To save a voice message to the Voice Memos app, you must first select the Keep option underneath it.
  2. After that, long press the audio message → Select Save to Voice Memos from the pop-up that appears.
Save the sent or received audio message on iphone

To find the recording in the Voice Memos app, go to All Recordings → Look for a clip titled Audio Message from <contact name>.

I’d highly recommend renaming the title of the audio clip to something you can recall later because there’s no way you can search for an audio message in the Messages app.

To rename, tap the audio file → Select the three-dot menuEdit Recording → Tap the title and edit it.

Limitations of sending voice messages on iPhone

While voice messages allow you to express yourself more accurately, they certainly come with a few drawbacks:

  • Privacy concerns: If you are in a public place or a meeting, sending an audio message can get awkward – especially if you are passing on confidential or private information.
  • Accessibility: People with hearing impairment may find it hard to access voice messages. Also, sometimes, listening to an audio message isn’t feasible if the user is in a noisy environment.
  • Search issues: Unlike text messages, searching for a particular voice message in a thread using Search is impossible.
  • Transcription issues: You may not always get an accurate transcription, due to different accents, background noise, and so on.
  • Stable internet connection: While you can send a text message even when your iPhone’s internet speed is slower, voice messages require a stable internet connection.
  • Compatible issues with non-iOS devices: While you can anytime use a third-party messaging app to send audio messages to a non-iOS device, the same is not possible with iMessage.
Can you send audio messages from an iPhone to Android?

Yes, you can send audio messages from an iPhone to Android via the Voice Memos app. To do so, open the Voice Memos app > record and save a Voice Memo > tap the three-dot icon on the recorded message > tap Share and select the Messages app > Add contact and tap Send.

How do I stop my voice messages from expiring?

Go to Settings on your iPhone > Messages and tap on Expire under the Audio Messages section. Next, select Never in the subsequent menu.

Conclusion

There you go; this is how you send voice messages on iPhone. By now, you must agree on how convenient recording and sending a voice message can be, when compared to typing those long texts. However, just to be sure of what you’re doing, always review a recorded message before sending.

If you have any doubts or questions regarding voice messages, feel free to comment below. I’d be happy to respond.

Notifications play an essential role in our digital lives, keeping us informed about incoming messages, critical alerts, and updates from our favorite apps. However, for one reason or another, not every iPhone user is getting the full benefits of these useful communications.

If notifications are not working on your iPhone after updating to iOS 17.4.1, you’re not alone. This guide is here to help with some easy tweaks, useful hacks, and more.

12 Ways to fix iPhone notifications not working

Notifications not showing up on your iPhone? Unfortunately, it’s a fairly common issue. Thankfully, there are some simple solutions to fix the problem in no time.

1. Restart your iPhone

If your iPhone notifications aren’t working after installing iOS 17.4.1, force restarting the device can often be the quickest and easiest solution.

This process will essentially turn your iPhone off and on again, clearing out any temporary glitches that could be causing problems with app notifications.

To restart your iPhone 8 or newer, press and hold the volume up or volume down button on the left side and the power button on the right side until the slider appears, and drag it from right to left.

Almost all apps on iPhones need a stable internet connection to fetch new data and deliver notifications without any interruptions.

So, if your iOS 17 notifications are not working, make sure you’ve turned on cellular data or Wi-Fi and check for potential network-related issues. Open Safari or a browser of your choice and head to a website like apple.com. If you don’t see any issues, move onto the next solution.

If you’re unsure, you can always turn on Airplane mode, then turn it off after 30 seconds or restart your wireless router if you’re connected over Wi-Fi.

3. Ensure Focus Mode is turned off

Focus Mode can silence notifications, even when you’re not actively using it.

If you’re not receiving notifications after updating to iOS 17.4.1, check if Focus Mode is enabled. Turn it off to ensure all notifications are delivered without fail.

  1. Open the Control Center → Tap and hold Focus.
Focus is replaced by the name of the Focus Mode that’s active.
  2. Select a Focus Mode you want to turn off. Once you turn off a Focus, all banners will go from white to grey.

    enabling Focus Mode on iPhone

Once you deactivate Focus Mode on your iPhone, you should deactivate automatic activation to ensure Focus Mode isn’t enabled automatically.

  1. Open the Control Centre → Tap and hold Focus.
Focus is replaced by the name of the Focus Mode that’s active.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu next to the Focus Mode → Select Settings.

    go-to-focus-mode-settings
  3. Select Smart Activation or Custom Schedule → Tap Delete Schedule.

    delete-focus-mode-schedule

Once the Focus is turned off, ask your friends or family to send you a text to check whether you received the notification or not.

4. Turn off Share Across Devices

One of the many great features of Focus is that you can enable it across all Apple ecosystems. But what if you want the Focus on your Mac/iPad but not on your iPhone?

  1. Go to SettingsFocus.
  2. Toggle off the switch next to Share Across Devices.

    tap-focus-toggle-off-share-across-device-in-settings

And just like that, all our Focus-related escapades are done. Now, it is time to hop on to the Notifications section.

5. Ensure app notifications are enabled on iPhone

If you’re not getting notifications for specific apps on your iPhone, it’s probably because you haven’t allowed the app to send you notifications. To check:

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications → Select an app that’s facing issues.
  2. Toggle on Allow Notifications and Time Sensitive Notifications.
  3. Choose any alerts and banner style → Toggle on Sound.

Check if Instagram notifications are enabled

6. Check in-app notification settings on iPhone

Even if you’ve enabled notifications for an app in your iPhone settings, there might be another layer of control within the app.

Many apps offer their own notification settings, so you can fine-tune how and when you receive alerts. Tweaking these in-app settings can often help you fix iPhone notifications.

For example, you can go to WhatsAppSettingsNotifications and adjust settings as per your preference. Likewise, you can make changes to other apps you use regularly.

If you’re still not getting notifications on your iPhone, it may be because of the Scheduled Summary setting.

7. Turn off Notification summary

Although the Scheduled Summary feature on iPhone can help you manage notifications easily without getting overloaded, it can inadvertently silence alerts you need to see immediately.

Therefore, you should check if turning off Scheduled Summary fixes your iOS 17 notifications.

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications.
  2. Tap Scheduled Summary.
  3. Toggle off Schedule Summary

    turn-off-scheduled-summary

8. Turn off Low Power and Low Data Mode on iPhone

While these modes are useful, they are known to restrict background app refresh on your iPhone. This can cause notifications to be delayed or not delivered.

  • To toggle off Low Power Mode:
    • Go to Settings → Battery → Toggle off Low Power Mode.

To toggle off Low Power Mode
      ‍
  • To toggle off Low Data Mode for Cellular:
    • Go to Settings → Cellular → Cellular Data Options.
If you use dual SIMs, select a SIM to locate Cellular Data Options.

Go to Cellular Data Options from Cellular in Settings
    • Tap Data Mode → Deselect Low Data Mode.

Tap Data Mode and Deselect Low Data Mode.
  • To disable Low Data Mode for Wi-Fi:
    • Navigate to Settings → Wi-Fi.
    • Tap the blue ‘i’ icon next to a network → Turn off Low Data Mode.

      Toggle off Low Data Mode

9. Enable Background App refresh

If background app refresh is disabled for an app, it might be unable to deliver notifications.

Many iPhone apps rely on background app refresh to stay up-to-date and deliver timely notifications. So, do the following to check if this setting is enabled:

  1. Locate and open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Navigate to General → Background App Refresh.

    go-to-general-background-app-refresh
  3. Tap Background App Refresh → Select Wi-Fi & Cellular Data.
  4. Go Back and enable the toggle next to the apps you use.

    toggle-on-background-app-refresh

10. Install latest iOS update

Many iPhone users have reported bugs with iOS 17.4.1 notifications.

If it is indeed a software glitch, Apple will soon fix it with a software update. So, install the latest iOS version as soon as Apple releases it. This will ensure you have the latest bug fixes and other refinements.

  1. Navigate to Settings → General → Software Update.
  2. Tap Update Now if a software update is available.

Click on Update now for Software Update

11. Reset all settings on your iPhone

If you’ve tried all the above troubleshooting tips and the iPhone notifications are still acting up, you may have to Reset All Settings.

This will revert your iPhone’s settings to the factory defaults, potentially eliminating any underlying issues to fix notifications not working after updating to iOS 17.4.1.

Note This will NOT delete any photos, videos, or files saved to your iPhone. It will, however, reset your wallpaper to the default background and erase your PIN password to access the phone.
  1. Go to Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone.

Go to Settings then General Transfer or Reset iPhone
  2. Tap Reset → Reset All Settings.
  3. Enter your iPhone or iPad’s Passcode.

Tap Reset then Transfer or Reset iPhone
  4. Tap Reset All Settings again to complete the process.

12. Contact Apple for technical support

If you’ve tried all the solutions to this point and your iPhone notifications still aren’t working in iOS 17.4.1, the next best step is to contact Apple Support directly. They have a team of trained technicians who can help you diagnose and fix the issue.

Why are my notifications not showing up on iPhone?

You may not be getting notifications on your iPhone for a number of reasons. Typically, the fixes are easy settings tweaks like disabling Focus Mode, enabling background app refresh, or updating to the latest iOS version.

Did notifications change after iOS 17 update?

While notifications didn’t change fundamentally in iOS 17, Apple did change the default text tone. If your iPhone notifications aren’t showing up, it’s likely because of a settings issue or an outdated iOS version.

Wrapping up…

Hopefully, your notifications are up and running without hiccups. And while we are on the topic, it’s time for a shameless plug. Install the iGeeksBlog app and keep the notifications on, to receive news, hacks, and more related to everything Apple.

Many Apple forum users have reported that their iPhone touch screen stopped working after updating to iOS 17.

Usually, this problem occurs after you drop your iPhone, notice other software bugs, or install faulty apps. Additionally, certain screen protectors may hinder your display. Worry not; we’ve found several solutions to fix the problem and get your iPhone screen to respond to your touch once again!

8 Ways to fix iPhone screen not responding to touch

There are a few usual suspects when it comes to an iPhone screen that just doesn’t seem to work correctly. Here’s what they are and how to get your screen back in working order.

1. Force restart your iPhone

Normally, you’d have to use your iPhone’s touch screen to restart the device. After holding the power and volume buttons, you’d “slide to power off.” But what should you do when your iPhone touch screen isn’t working?

Here’s the fix:

  1. Quickly press and release the Volume Up button.
  2. Then, quickly press and release the Volume Down button.
  3. Finally, press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo pops up.

Hard Reboot iPhone X, 8 Plus, and 8

This method force restarts your iPhone and (hopefully) fixes the unresponsive touchscreen issue. This quick fix can also remedy other issues like blurred iPhone corners.

No dice? In that case, it may be time to clean some schmutz off your screen.

2. Clean your iPhone

Even though the iPhone is water-resistant, it has some limitations. Any liquid on the iPhone’s display or your finger can hinder your touch inputs with the screen, making it unresponsive. Clean off any liquid or debris on your iPhone display with a dry microfiber cloth. As per Apple Support’s Cleaning your iPhone post, you can also use 70% isopropyl alcohol or Clorox wipes for a sparkling screen.

If your iPhone was submerged in a pool or similar body of liquid, turn off your iPhone first. Let it dry completely (typically for several hours), and then turn it on. If your iPhone’s sound is distorted, some water may still reside in the speakers. Try ejecting liquid from your iPhone.

Also, remove any screen protectors or cases attached to your iPhone screen.

If your screen is clean, you don’t have a bulky screen protector or case getting in the way, and your iPhone is as dry as it’s supposed to be, a recently-installed app could be at fault.

3. Uninstall problematic apps

If you’ve noticed that your iPhone’s screen becomes unresponsive while using a particular app, that app might be the cause of the issue. Buggy apps can also be the reason for your iPhone screen not responding to touch.

Try uninstalling the app, then restarting your iPhone. If your touch screen responds well without the app, you can be fairly certain it was the cause of the issue. If you need the app, try reinstalling the latest version from the App Store once more.

  1. Press and hold the app icon on the home screen.
  2. Tap Remove App → Next, tap Delete App.
  3. Tap Delete.

    Uninstall the app from iPhone
  4. Now, open the App Store.
  5. Search for the app’s name. Download the app back onto your iPhone and see if it causes any further problems.

If the problem persists, try updating your iPhone to the latest version of iOS.

If the problem persists, move on to the next solution.

4. Update your iPhone using a computer

Sometimes, software updates can help fix the bugs or glitches of the existing software version. Try updating your iPhone by connecting it to a Mac or PC that you normally use.

Moreover, if that doesn’t work, you can try making a backup and restoring your iPhone through your Mac or PC. In some cases, this helps unresponsive iPhone touch screens.

5. Reset your iPhone

If your iPhone’s screen is completely unusable, head on to the next solution. However, if it’s a little responsive, try to reset your iPhone.

Note Resetting your iPhone to factory settings is a surefire way to fix any software-related issues. However, this WILL delete any photos, videos, or saved files you have on your device. It’s important to back up your iPhone before performing a factory reset.
  1. Make sure your iPhone data is backed up to your computer or the cloud.
  2. Go to Settings → General → Reset.
  3. Select Erase All Content & Settings.

Erase All Content and Settings on iPhone

If your iPhone’s screen is still not responding to touch, it’s very unlikely that it’s a software issue. Try updating its firmware next to be certain.

6. Perform DFU

DFU stands for “Device Firmware Upgrade.” It removes everything from your device and reinstalls all software again. All of your data will be lost if not backed up to iCloud, pCloud, any other cloud service of your choosing, or an external hard drive.

Again, make sure you do this only if you have a recent backup or have no essential data on the iPhone that you cannot download from the cloud.

Check out the following guide to know how to put your iPhone in DFU mode.

7. Hardware defect

If none of the above solutions work, it’s almost certainly a hardware-related issue. Remove any attached screen protectors and phone case, and try using your iPhone.

Consider contacting Apple Support to get the screen replaced. However, the replacement can be a bit costly.

8. Fix it yourself with Self Service Repair

If you’ve narrowed it down to a hardware issue, it may be time to visit Apple Support, as we mentioned.

But if you’re keen on getting under the hood yourself, Apple wants to give you the chance.

Apple’s Self Service Repair is here, and you have the option to fix your touch screen issues in your own home. Make sure you do your research and proceed with caution here.

Who knows, you might find you enjoy fixing things.

Swiping left on your iPhone’s Lock Screen opens the camera. This quick access feature is usually handy, but it can also be annoying.

For instance, since the Camera app opens without needing to unlock your iPhone, anyone can access it. You might also end up with a string of accidental photos detailing the inside of your pocket. If you want to remove the camera from your iPhone Lock Screen, follow the steps outlined below.

How to remove camera from lock screen on iPhone

  1. Go to the Settings app → Scroll down and tap Screen Time.
    • If it’s your first time using Screen Time, you will see a summary of the feature. Now, tap on Continue. You will be asked if the iPhone belongs to you or your children. Select the appropriate option.
  2. Scroll down and select Content & Privacy Restrictions.
  3. Toggle on Content & Privacy Restrictions.
  4. Then navigate to Allowed Apps → Toggle off Camera.

Toggle off Camera from iPhone's Settings app

Note: When you use Screen Time to turn off camera access from your iPhone Lock Screen, the Camera app is also removed from the Home Screen. So you will no longer be able to use the app at all. But not to worry, there are many other excellent camera apps you can try.

That’s it. Now, when you lock your screen and swipe left, the Camera app will no longer open. In fact, the Camera icon will get blurred out. If you want to re-enable the Camera app, follow the same steps and toggle Camera access back on.

  3. Enable Live Voicemail
  4. Ensure you’re using the feature correctly
  5. Check your iPhone’s cellular reception

9 ways to fix Live Voicemail not working on your iPhone running iOS 17

I’m pretty sure one of the solutions is going to fix this issue on your iPhone. However, if none of the solutions below work for you, I would suggest contacting Apple Support to get your iPhone checked for any potential software issues.

1. Ensure Live Voicemail is available in your region or language

If you see an alert that “Voicemail is currently unavailable/cannot access voicemail,” you may reside in an unsupported area. At the time of writing, Live Voicemail is only available in select locations, including the United States and Canada, excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Furthermore, Live Voicemail in iOS 17 is only designed to work with English. So, if you receive voicemails in other languages, live transcription will not work for you. And of course, your carrier must support voicemail services.

2. Force quit and relaunch the Phone app

Temporary iOS bugs may prevent the Phone app from displaying or playing voicemails. In most cases, you can fix such issues by force-quitting the app and relaunching it. You may also restart your iPhone to iron out all iOS bugs.

  1. Open the App Switcher on your iPhone.
  2. Swipe up on the Phone app to close it.

Force close and relaunch the Phone app
  3. Then, open the Phone app to see if Live Voicemail works.

3. Enable Live Voicemail

Live Voicemail is enabled by default in iOS 17. However, the option for Live Voicemail won’t show up if you’ve accidentally disabled it on your iPhone. Here’s how you can ensure that Live voicemail is enabled on your iPhone:

  1. Open Settings → Navigate to Phone → Live Voicemail.
  2. Enable Live Voicemail toggle.

Use Live Voicemail in iOS 17 on iPhone

4. Ensure you’re using the feature correctly

Sometimes, it may seem that the visual Live Voicemail feature is not working. However, it is not showing up as you don’t know how to use the feature properly. To see a live transcription of what the person on the other end is saying, you’ll need to tap the voicemail button and authenticate your identity using Face ID or Touch ID whenever you receive calls you cannot answer.

5. Check your iPhone’s cellular reception

Live Voicemail and even regular voicemail rely on your iPhone’s cellular data to work. Thus, if you face an error of voicemail not downloading on your iPhone, you must check the cellular reception. In case of connectivity issues, you may follow these steps to re-establish a connection.

  1. Open the Control Center on your iPhone.
  2. Tap and enable Airplane mode for a few seconds → Then turn it off.

Refresh cellular network using Airplane mode

6. Ensure call forwarding is turned off

Yet another reason why Live voicemail may not work for you could be because you have call forwarding turned on, which diverts your calls to another phone number. Here’s how you can ensure that call forwarding is turned off on your iPhone to avoid such issues:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Navigate to PhoneCall Forwarding.
  3. Toggle off Call Forwarding.

Toggle off Call Forwarding on iPhone

7. Disable Low Power mode

Even though using Low Power mode can help extend your iPhone’s screen on time, it disables several useful features like Live Voicemail that can put more strain on the battery. Hence, you should disable Low Power mode if you cannot use Live Voicemail on your iPhone.

  1. Go to Settings → Battery → Toggle off Low Power Mode.

To toggle off Low Power Mode

8. Check for carrier updates

In case you didn’t know, most cellular providers occasionally roll out carrier updates to help you get the latest and greatest features while ensuring stability. If you haven’t installed a carrier update in a while, you might want to do that and check if it helps you resolve the issue.

  1. Go to Settings → General → About.
  2. Tap Update if a carrier update is available.

    Check for carrier updates

9. Basic fixes

  • Check for software updates: If you use the iOS 17 Beta version and the visual voicemail stops working after an iOS update, upgrade to the stable version. Go to Settings → General → Software Update. Select Beta Updates → Choose Off. Now, tap Update Now.
  • Reset Network Settings: Issues with the network settings could also prevent Live Voicemail from working correctly. So, try to reset the network settings. Go to Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone. Then tap Reset → Reset Network Settings and enter your iPhone’s passcode. Tap Reset Network Settings again to complete the process.
  • Erase all content and settings: If most solutions fail, the only sure-shot method to resolve issues and get Live Voicemail up and running on your iPhone is to perform a factory reset. This will erase all content stored on your iPhone and restore settings to their default.
  • Contact your carrier or Apple for support: If none of the solutions above could fix Live Voicemail, then contact your carrier to see if they can assist you.
Why I can’t see Live Voicemail on my iPhone?

The Live Voicemail is an iOS 17 feature. So, the caller and receiver should have installed iOS 17 on their iPhones to access it.

Wrapping up…

Live Voicemail can be helpful when you don’t want to be distracted by calls unless they’re about something important. You can conveniently glance at the transcription to decide if you want to address the call while the caller is still on the line or decline the call to contact them at your convenience.

All in all, it can be really inconvenient when Live Voicemail doesn’t work on your iPhone. But I hope the solutions in this troubleshooting guide helped you fix the error. If you’ve found this guide useful, don’t forget to let us know which solution worked out for you in the comments section below.

Nothing is as frustrating as a slow or unresponsive iPhone keyboard. A regular iPhone’s keyboard should print out every letter as you tap it. However, many users have reported issues of keyboard lag after updating to iOS 17.4.1.

Whether your iPhone’s keyboard sleeps on you sometimes or goes completely numb mid-typing, here are some tested and trusted solutions to fix the iPhone keyboard lag issue in iOS 17.4.1 or earlier.

1. Force restart your iPhone

Your keyboard might not be faulty after all. Your keyboard might lag due to memory overuse on the iPhone. If your iPhone has hanged because of this, its keyboard might also stop working.

Simply force-restarting your iPhone will give your keyboard a fresh start. To complete this action, press and release the Volume Up button → Press and release the Volume Down button → Finally, press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears.

Further, you should avoid opening multiple apps simultaneously on your iPhone to prevent future occurrences. If you have opened many apps, close those apps you are not actively using to declutter your iPhone RAM

2. Remove third-party keyboards

Third-party keyboards are a great way to explore fancy or supported typing on the iPhone. But sometimes, they slow down your device, too. Some third-party keyboards also collect your data and make heavy requests.

If you use a third-party keyboard like the Grammarly keyboard or Microsoft SwiftKey, try switching back to the default iPhone keyboard, which is more lightweight. Further, you can also want to remove the keyboard from your iPhone keyboard list. To do this:

  1. Go to SettingsGeneral → Tap Keyboard.

Go to Settings then General and Tap Keyboard
  2. Select Keyboards at the top → Tap Edit at the top-right.
  3. Touch the red round icon to the left of the third-party keyboard.
  4. Finally, tap Delete to the right to remove the keyboard.

Remove third-party keyboards from your iPhone

3. Reset Keyboard Dictionary

Outdated data from previous updates might have caused your iPhone keyboard to lag in iOS 17.4.1. Simply resetting the keyboard dictionary can fix that glitch.

Keep in mind that when you reset your keyboard dictionary, you will lose all previous keyboard settings, including saved words.

But it’s one of the proven ways to jump-start your keyboard. To reset your iPhone keyboard:

  1. Go to SettingsGeneral.
  2. Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone → Tap Reset.

tap general, tap transfer iphone or reset, tap. reset in settings
  3. Tap Reset Keyboard Dictionary.
  4. Enter your passcode when prompted.
  5. Finally, tap Reset Dictionary.

Reset keyboard dictionary on your iPhone

4. Force-close all opened apps and background apps

Opening many apps at one time eats up your iPhone RAM. This might cause the keyboard to lag. Besides boosting the keyboard, force-closing all opened apps is one of the ways to speed up a slow iPhone.

Since the method for closing apps varies across iPhone models, look at our guide on force-closing apps on different iPhone models.

As a bonus, you should also try closing all background apps, which are usually not visibly opened. To do this:

  1. Head to Settings → General → Go to Background App Refresh.
  2. Tap Background App Refresh.
  3.  Select Off to deactivate apps from running in the background.

Force close all opened apps and background apps

Once done, try opening a text area and check if your keyboard is back to normal.

5. Disable Predictive Text and Auto-Correction

Apple enhanced the iPhone keyboard’s ability to predict text by introducing Inline Predictions. However, since the iOS 17.4.1 update is slightly buggy, users might not be able to make the most of this feature on the iPhone keyboard.

It’s better to turn off both Predictive Text and Auto-Correction in case you feel that’s causing your iPhone keyboard to lag.

  1. Go to SettingsGeneralKeyboard.
  2. Scroll down and toggle off Predictive Text and Auto-Correction.

Go to General, select Keyboard, toggle off Predictive Text and Auto-Correction

Turning off Predictive Text will automatically disable Inline Predictions as well.

6. Enable Reduce Motion

Turning on Reduce Motion can solve the iPhone keyboard lag issue in iOS 17.4.1. It can optimize the performance of the UI and can cancel out the lagging issues caused by the same.

  1. Go to SettingsAccessibilityMotion.
  2. Toggle on Reduce Motion.

Go to Settings, Accessibility, Motion, Turn on reduce motion in iPhone

7. Disable and re-enable Keyboard settings

Although rare and practically unjustifiable, some users have complained that the iPhone keyboard sometimes freezes when keyboard settings like spelling check and auto-correction are active.

I recommend deactivating all the settings first. To fish out the culprit, start activating them one after another. Then, try to use the keyboard each time you enable a setting. You can identify the problem source this way.

  1. Go to SettingsGeneralKeyboard.
  2. Toggle off all the settings. Then, activate them one after the other and try using the keyboard after each feature is turned on.

Disable and re enable Keyboard settings

If the keyboard does not freeze anymore after you have toggled off all settings, the problem lies with one of the keyboard settings. As earlier said, start activating each setting again.

For instance, if you’ve toggled on Auto-Capitalization, use the keyboard to see if the problem returns. Repeat this for each setting until you determine the cause.

8. Try using the keyboard on a different app

The keyboard might lag when you try to type inside a specific app. Some heavily cached apps like Chrome, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X) can drag your iPhone without sparing its keyboard.

With that said, try minimizing the app where your keyboard slows down. Then, open a different app and try using the keyboard inside it. You can try several apps in a row. If the keyboard works in other apps but only freezes inside one app or some specific apps, ensure you update the app if it is outdated.

9. Update your iOS version

Buggy software can cause many underlying problems, including app incompatibility that may slow down the keyboard. Apple tends to release an immediate iOS update to fix such bugs.

Once the next update is available, installing it should resolve the keyboard lag issue you’re experiencing in iOS 17.4.1.

  1. Go to SettingsGeneralSoftware Update.
  2. If there’s an update available, tap Download & Install.

Update your iPhone to latest iOS version

Further, you might want to turn on automatic updates to ensure you don’t miss out on subsequent iOS releases.

10. Reset iPhone

If all else fails, you should consider resetting your iPhone to its factory default. This will definitely clear the lagging keyboard on your iPhone.

However, this action will erase all the files on your iPhone. Ensure you back up your iPhone before resetting; this helps you restore your files from the backup so you don’t lose valuable files.

  1. Head to SettingsGeneralTransfer or Reset iPhone.
  2. Tap Reset.

tap general, tap transfer iphone or reset, tap. reset in settings
  3. Tap Reset All Settings. Enter your passcode and follow the onscreen instructions to restore your iPhone to its factory settings.

Contact Apple Support

If resetting the iPhone didn’t help either, it’s time to let the maker take control of things. Contact Apple Support and let their expertise diagnose issues.

Since iPhone keyboard lag is usually a software problem, it shouldn’t take them long to fix it.

Conclusion

The keyboard should be the least of your worries while using an iPhone. But minor issues like freezing the keyboard happen sometimes – it can be mind-boggling.

Did you get your keyboard up and running again? Let me know what worked for you in the comments section.

No matter how advanced and powerful your iPhone is, it is just a piece of tech that can overheat when exposed to certain conditions or extensive usage. Further, some users experienced iPhone overheating after updating to iOS 17.4.1. While you may think this is normal, it can adversely affect your iPhone’s performance.

So, in this post, I curated a list of preventative measures you can take to fix the iPhone overheating issue.

Why is my iPhone overheating?

Before curing a disease, one must know its causes. The same is true for iPhone issues. Here are the potential reasons for the iPhone overheating issue:

  • Intensive usage: Performing extensive power-demanding tasks, such as gaming, for an extended period can be heavy on the processor and other internal components. This increase in the workload can generate significant heat.
  • High ambient temperature: Exposing your iPhone to high temperatures or direct sunlight for a long period can cause it to overheat more quickly.
  • Software issues: Software glitches, bugs, or compatibility issues within the iOS or third-party apps can sometimes cause the iPhone’s processor to work harder than necessary, resulting in increased heat.
  • Hardware problems: Faulty components, such as a malfunctioning battery or broken charging cable, are another major contributor to the overheating issue. Any malfunctioning or damaged component can easily disrupt the iPhone’s normal heat dissipation mechanisms.
  • Charging while in use: Extensively using your iPhone while plugged in for charge can cause overheating issues.
  • Poor Ventilation: Heavy and bulky cases or thick screen protectors can obstruct heat dissipation from the iPhone, leading to subsequent overheating.

How to fix iPhone overheating issue after iOS 17.4.1 update

Now that you know the primary reason behind your iPhone overheating, here’s how you can prevent it from happening.

1. Avoid hot environmental conditions

Apple recommends that you use your iPhone in the temperature range of 32º to 95º F (0º to 35º C). But in countries like India and most tropical regions, the temperature is usually well above this.

Now, there’s no need to stop using or buying iPhones in these countries. But it is a good idea to wait and let the device cool down periodically if you’ve been using it in very warm conditions for a long period of time.

Also, never leave your iPhone in a parked car as the temperature inside rises exponentially. It’s a safety hazard!

2. Ditch the faulty charger

One of the first things you should do when faced with an iPhone that keeps overheating is to check the charger. And if you’re using a faulty charger to power up your iPhone, get rid of it!

While there are a ton of iPhone chargers on the market, very few are MFi-certified and fully support the device. They’re not only incompatible, but also insecure and may end up damaging your smartphone.

Note

Also, ensure the Lightning port or Type C port on the iPhone 15 or later model is clean and free of dirt or lint. Any piled-up lint or debris may be preventing the charger from charging your device properly, resulting in the overheating issue.

3. Remove the case

I know this solution might seem silly. While using your iPhone without a proper case is not recommended, you can remove the case when the iPhone overheats.

When the iPhone is enclosed in a case, the heat generated by its components, such as the processor and battery, gets trapped within the device. This can lead to an increase in temperature, causing the iPhone to overheat.

Taking off the case allows the heat to escape more freely, preventing it from building up and potentially damaging the iPhone.

4. Free up storage space on your iPhone

A cluttered iPhone is home to several problems like sluggish performance and overheating. If you haven’t cleaned up your iPhone for a while, chances are pretty high that the storage may be full of huge files that could be creating chaos.

In this case, track down all the redundant files that you may have downloaded from the internet and forgot to delete after, delete the old iCloud backups that are no longer necessary, uninstall the outdated apps, and eliminate every single screenshot, photo, and video that you don’t need anymore.

If manual deletion is a tedious task, check out the best iPhone storage cleaning apps to help you comfortably delete unnecessary files.

Note

Cluttered RAM often tends to escape our minds. Whether you’re a power user or an average Joe, remember to clear the RAM from time to time so that your device can continue to run smoothly.

5. Reboot iPhone

The iPhone is among many electronics that benefit from frequent restarting. So, go ahead and restart your device.

If that doesn’t help, rebooting your iPhone may effectively solve the overheating problem.

6. Turn on Low Power Mode

You may be wondering why I’ve included using Low Power Mode as a solution. It’s designed to cut down power consumption by turning off several power-hungry features like auto-downloads and mail fetching.

With the significant reduction in power consumption, the battery won’t have to eke out extra effort and that may play a vital role in keeping the iPhone cool, even during extensive usage.

Open Settings → Battery → turn on Low Power Mode.

Launch Settings Tap on Battery and Turn On Low Power Mode in iOS 13

7. Force close all background apps

Are too many apps running in the background? If so, they may be the reason your iPhone keeps overheating. Closing these apps will help.

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen. Now, drag all app cards up to force close them.

8. Disable Location Services

Many apps and system services constantly use location in the background. It requires a lot of battery and may cause overheating problems. Turning it off for some time may help. To do so, open Settings Privacy & Security Location Services → Toggle it off.

Go to Privacy & Security, tap on Location Services, toggle off Location Services

9. Turn off Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Cellular Data, and Personal Hotspot

Though it’s not a fast-acting solution per se, turning off Wi-Fi, cellular, Bluetooth, and even Personal Hotspot when not in use can significantly help the iPhone to cool down.

  1. Turn off Wi-Fi on iPhone: Open Settings → Wi-Fi → Toggle Wi-Fi off.

    turn-off-wi-fi-on-iphone
  2. Disable Bluetooth: Open Settings → Bluetooth → Toggle it off.
  3. Deactivate Cellular Data: Open Settings → Cellular Data → Toggle it off.
  4. Disable Personal Hotspot: Open Settings → Personal Hotspot → Turn the toggle off.
  5. Turn off AirDrop on iPhone: Open Settings → General → AirDrop and select Receiving Off.

    Turn Off AirDrop on iPhone

10. Constantly monitor Battery Health

Another good practice is to avoid iPhone overheating issue constantly check the Battery Health and take necessary actions. You can do that by going to Settings Battery Battery Health & Charging.

Generally, Maximum Capacity of over 80% is considered a benchmark of good battery health. However, if the number is below 90%, you should check out our tips to maintain battery health to prevent the overheating issue in future.

While you are at it, also make sure to check your iPhone battery cycle count. Most iPhone batteries won’t start degrading until 500 cycles are complete.

If you are still skeptical about your battery, you can check if your iPhone battery needs to be replaced.

11. Update iOS

The iPhone user base is huge, and whenever a widespread problem occurs, Apple swiftly addresses it with a software update. So, wait for Apple to release an update after iOS 17.4.1. Download and install the new update as soon as it becomes available.

  1. Heading to Settings → General → Software Update.
  2. If you have a pending update, tap Download and Install.

Contact Apple Support

Finally, contacting Apple Support is the last resort to address such issues. If none of the above fixes and precautionary steps help, then there may be a manufacturing defect with the battery or other components inside the iPhone.

Taking it to an Apple Store or authorized service center will definitely help. If your iPhone has a valid warranty, they might even replace it and give you a new one.

Signing off…

Hopefully, after one of the solutions above, you’ll no longer ask, you’re “Why is my iPhone overheating?” Which method(s) worked for you? Mention it in the comments below. If you have a new solution or hack, please share that with us, too.

Ever slept through an important event because your iPhone alarm decided to take a nap? You’re not alone. Many users on Apple forum have reported issues with iPhone alarm sound not going off sometimes after updating to iOS 17.4.1.

So, in this post, I will share potential reasons why the alarm on your iPhone is not going off and provide practical solutions to get it working again. Keep reading!

Why is my iPhone alarm not going off?

If you’re wondering why your iPhone alarm isn’t making any noise, there could be several reasons behind it. The common culprits are the low volume level and damaged speakers. Before we jump into the fixes, let’s quickly address this issue.

To ensure your alarm is audible, increase the volume level on your iPhone. Press the Volume Up button of your device or go to SettingsSounds & Haptics → Adjust the slider. Also, toggle off Change with Buttons to ensure volume level doesn’t get lower by buttons.

Next, make sure your iPhone’s speakers are functioning well. To do so, play some media through Apple Music, YouTube, etc.

Besides, the silent mode sometimes mutes the alarm tone. If you use iPhone 15 Pro or Pro Max, turn off Silent mode in Sound & Haptics settings. Else, toggle off the Ring switch on the side.

Now, check if your alarm is working as expected. If not, other factors like misconfigured alarm settings, third-party alarm apps, or system glitches in iOS 17.4.1 could be at play.

How to fix iPhone alarm not going off in iOS 17

In most cases, adjusting the volume level resolves the alarm issues. However, if your iPhone alarm sound is still not going off or snooze feature is not working, follow along the solutions below.

1. Check alarm settings

First, ensure you have set an alarm sound. Without this, no audio would be played when the alarm goes off. Your iPhone will only vibrate.

If you’ve mistakenly set the alarm sound to “None,” here’s how to fix it.

  1. Open the Clock app on your iPhone.
  2. Select the Alarm option from the Menu at the bottom.
  3. Select the Alarm you want to make the changes for.
  4. Tap Sound
  5. Scroll on top and select a ringtone. You can also set a song from Apple Music as your iPhone alarm.

Set an Alarm Sound on your iPhone
  6. Now, tap Vibration and select a vibration pattern
  7. Tap Sound → Back at the top left of the screen.
  8. On the next screen, tap Save

Set an Alarm Vibration on your iPhone

Please do not skip the last step, as that is the only way to ensure all the changes are applied.

Next, double-check the alarm time and days. You may have mistakenly set the time to 7 PM instead of 7 AM and forgot to set recurring alarms. Tap Repeat to select days you need the alarm. Tap Save.

Finally, if your iPhone alarm is not going off after snooze, toggle off Snooze → Wait for a few minutes and enable it again. Tap Save.

2. Check Sleep Schedule

If you use the Bedtime feature on your iPhone and have set the same time for Wake time and the alarm, there are chances that both these features might clash and none of them would function.

To prevent this, you should change the time of either one of these features, or delete sleep schedule altogether.

To disable the Sleep or Bedtime alarm, go to the Health app → Select Sleep in the Browse menu → Full Schedule & Options → Toggle off Sleep Schedule.

Go-to-Health-Sleep-Full-Schedule-Options-Toggle-off-Sleep-Scheule

If you want to keep the feature, simply disable the alarm in the sleep schedule. Tap Edit under Your Schedule → Toggle off Alarm → Hit Done.

3. Restart your iPhone

The easiest solution to fix common iPhone issues is to restart the device. It helps clear cache memory and resolve some of the software bugs or glitches.

To restart your iPhone, go to Settings → General → Shut Down → Slide to power off.

Once your iPhone is restarted, check if it shows the correct date and time. If not, your alarms will not go off on expected time. To ensure this, go to SettingsGeneral → Date & Time Toggle on Set Automatically → Select your Time Zone.

Tap-general-date-and-time-toggle-on-set-automatically-in-settings

4. Disable StandBy mode

StandBy mode is a great feature introduced in iOS 17. However, it has been found guilty of causing an unforeseen bug with the alarm system. According to Apple forums, the iPhone alarm snooze feature does not work when StandBy mode is activated.

So, you may try disabling it and check if the alarm is going off as expected. To do so, navigate to SettingsStandBy → Toggle off StandBy.

Quick tip: Don’t switch off your iPhone before going to bed as your alarm will not work. Also, ensure it has enough battery to sustain the whole night. You may turn off Wi-Fi, cellular data, and Bluetooth to avoid overnight battery drain.

5. Disconnect Bluetooth or wired headphones

Usually, alarm audio plays through the device’s built-in speakers even when connected to wired or Bluetooth audio devices. However, some bugs and glitches hamper the process.

For example, your iPhone might be stuck in headphone mode, etc. In such cases, the best option is disconnecting your iPhone from any wired or Bluetooth audio device. Simply, open Control Center → Tap the blue Bluetooth icon.

6. Uninstall third-party alarm apps

There are a ton of third-party alarm apps for iPhones available on the App Store. No doubt, they might have additional features over the default Clock app. However, you’re better off uninstalling these apps. Yes, there is a slim chance that doing so might fix your issue.

Some apps ask for weird permissions and might interfere with the functioning of the Clock app and its alarm feature, ultimately rendering both apps useless. So, go right ahead and get rid of these apps, as the native apps work fine as an alarm clock.

7. Delete and recreate alarm

Have you set too many alarms? Is the long list of alarms confusing you? All these alarms may be causing incompatibility issues; hence, none are working as intended.

In that case, you should delete all the alarms and start anew. Get rid of everything and set a new alarm for whatever time you want. Here’s how to do it,

  1. Open the Clock app on your iPhone.
  2. Select the Alarm option from the Menu at the bottom.
  3. Tap Edit at the top left corner.
  4. Select the minus button in red and tap Delete.

    Delete Alarm on iPhone
  5. Repeat the steps same steps for all the alarms.
  6. Tap Done at the top left corner once you’ve deleted all the alarms.

Tap on Done in Clock App on iPhone
  7. Now, go ahead and set the alarm for your desired time.

8. Update your iPhone

There is no operating system that has no software bugs and glitches. Moreover, iOS has lately been a breeding ground for software bugs due to all the new features introduced with iOS 17.

I cannot be one hundred percent sure and claim that none of these bugs affect the Clock app on iPhone. Instead, it is more than likely affected by one of these bugs and malfunctioning.

The best solution to this problem is to update iOS to the latest version. Go to SettingsGeneralSoftware Update → Tap Download and Install if any update is available.

Go to General, select Software update, tap on Update Now

9. Reset all settings

If none of the above solutions help fix the issue of the iPhone alarm not working, the next best option is to factory reset your iPhone. Yes, you will lose all the data. To prevent that from happening, please back up all your iPhone’s data to iCloud so that you can restore your iPhone from the iCloud backup. Follow the steps mentioned below to reset your iPhone.

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Navigate to General.
  3. Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone.
  4. Select Reset Reset All Settings.
  5. Enter your Passcode to confirm your selection and follow the on-screen instructions.

Steps to reset all settings on iPhone

Signing off…

I hope you were able to get your iPhone alarms working properly again and avoid any more missed appointments or oversleeping. Sadly, if nothing fixes the issue, it’s time you contact Apple Support. If it is a hardware issue, get a Genius Bar appointment to resolve this.

If you have any other questions, let me know in the comments below. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

Are you struggling to use the Mail app after updating to iOS 17.4.1? Is it not sending or receiving emails from your iPhone or iPad? If so, you are not alone. Several users have complained about it, and there are some easy ways to fix it. But before we delve into the fixes, here’s a look at the potential reasons behind the Mail app not working issue.

Why is Mail app not working on iPhone?

From poor internet connectivity to service outages, there could be several reasons why the Mail app is not working on your iPhone. Some of them are mentioned below:

  • Software glitches in iOS 17.4.1
  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Incorrect email settings
  • Account-related issues such as a full mailbox or suspended account
  • Service outage

How to fix Mail app not working on iPhone after iOS 17.4.1 update

Now that you know the cause, it is time to learn the troubleshooting steps you can perform to fix this frustrating issue.

1. Check your internet connection

Ensure that your iPhone is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or cellular network. A poor internet connection can prevent the Mail app from sending or receiving emails properly.

Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data to see if the issue persists. While you are at it, ensure you have enabled cellular data for the Mail app:

  1. Go to SettingsCellular → Toggle on Cellular Data
  2. Scroll down and turn on the toggle next to the Mail app if it is not already.

2. Check Apple System Status

This is one of the first things you should do before trying any fixes. If you use iCloud Mail, check out Apple’s System Status website to see if the server is up and running.

If you are using any other email provider, visit its website. Contact the provider or system administrator if you are unable to log in via the browser. If everything seems right on the service provider’s end, you need to look at other fixes.

3. Restart your iPhone

Often, simply restarting your iPhone can fix any minor software glitch that is preventing the Mail app from working.

  1. To restart your iPhone, press and hold any of the Volume and Power buttons together until the Power Slider appears. Slide the Power Slider to the right to turn off your iPhone.
  2. Wait a few seconds, then press and hold the Power button until the Apple logo appears on the screen.

Once your iPhone boots up, check whether the Mail is working properly.

4. Check email address and password

While setting up your email in the Mail app, you are asked to enter your email account credentials. However, it may be possible that you are entering incorrect credentials.

To verify, go to your email provider’s website and try logging in with the same email address and password. If the credentials are correct and you’re still unable to use the Mail app, move on to the next solution.

5. Check Mail Fetch settings

If the Mail app is not able to load newer emails, check and adjust the Fetch settings for your iPhone or iPad.

  1. Launch Settings Mail Accounts.
  2. Tap Fetch New Data.
  3. Toggle on Push.
  4. Choose the Automatically option under the Fetch section.

Select Mail, tap on Accounts, select Fetch New Data, Toggle on Push and Choose Automatically

6. Check for Notification settings

Another culprit behind delayed email alerts could be wrong Notification settings. Let’s correct them.

  1. Launch Settings Notifications.
  2. Select the Mail app or the third-party app you use.
  3. Here, toggle on Allow Notifications.

Select Notifications, tap on Mail app and toggle on Allow Notifications

Additionally, if you use a Focus mode on your iPhone, ensure that the Mail app is included in the Allowed Apps section and that Time Sensitive notifications are turned on.

7. Check Date & Time settings

If you travel frequently for work, ensure you have the right Date & Time settings. Incorrect time, date, or time zone can interfere with the functioning of the Mail app.

To avoid such a scenario, you need to set the setting to Automatic.

  1. Go to Settings General Date & Time.
  2. Toggle on Set Automatically.

8. Check your iPhone and iCloud storage

If your iPhone storage is filled to the brim, you might not receive new emails in the Mail app. Go to SettingsGeneraliPhone Storage to check out available space. Accordingly, clear out some data from your device.

Even a packed iCloud storage could stop you from sending or receiving emails. So, check its status as well; go to Settings[your name] iCloud and free up some storage if needed.

9. Remove the email account and set it up again

There is a possibility of a server-related issue with your email. Deleting and resetting your email account could help resolve it.

  1. Open Settings Mail.
  2. Tap Accounts and select the troublesome email service provider.
  3. Tap Delete Account Delete from My iPhone to confirm.

Once done, re-add the account. Tap Add Account, select the provider, and sign in.

Note

When you back up your iPhone or iPad via iCloud or iTunes, only the Mail settings are secured, not your emails. And deleting or changing your email account settings might remove previously downloaded emails from your device.

10. Contact your email provider or system administrator

If the credentials you used in the previous solution were correct, the issue might be on the email provider’s end. It could be a server-related problem, or the email service might be facing some issues.

In that case, consider contacting your email provider or your system administrator (if you are using a work email), as they can provide better insights into the underlying issue.

11. Delete and re-install the Mail app

If nothing else is working, it’s time to clean the slate and start over. Delete the app and download it again from the App Store.

This fresh start will probably eliminate all bugs and allow you to use your Mail app seamlessly.

12. Reset Network Settings

Resetting your iPhone’s Network Settings can sometimes fix connectivity issues that affect the Mail app.

  1. Go to SettingsGeneralTransfer & ResetReset Network Settings.

  2. Enter your passcode and confirm your choice.

This will erase saved Wi-Fi networks and passwords, so you’ll need to re-enter them later.

Contact Apple Support

If you still can’t get the Mail app to work properly, it is time to connect with Apple Support. You can either visit the nearest Apple Store for tech support or schedule a callback.
